No one will take that job mid-season. JVG said he'd never take a job until it was the off-season. I'd expect many former head coaches feel the same.
That's fine. Triano is better for the tank anyway. So, let's see what happens in the off-season.

He clearly has no control over this team. Bledsoe wants out because he knew he could loaf around because Watson was his "buddy". New coach should not tolerate that.

Ronnie Price will be our coach next year. I’m only half joking, I really feel that’s a possibility.

He may go down as the worst coach in NBA history. They asked him what we have to do, if we have to switch it up after being down 0-3, his response in a nutshell was go faster and love each other. What a joke.

Agreed. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry after I heard that quote. It just showed how clueless he is. You have 1 of the worst defenses of all time and your solutio is to go faster. It's why guys will be pissed he's gone, young guys don't want to play defense, so his not demanding it of them is what makes him a players coach. A terrible one.

How sad is it that we can predict this stuff in advance?
You guys take Sarver for a total idiot. All I can do is just hope we're wrong. ;)

Yep. Here comes the scary part where they can really screw up the next few years by going cheap.

They really need to make sure they get a head coach that can teach not just manage NBA players. I would take JVG but like others have said he probably won't take the job. Who is available that isn't currently coaching a team. Wish we had done this in the off season.

I just really hope Sarver has learned something from all of this.

Watson should probably go coach in college. His style seems like a better fit there.

Yeah, I don't know. You still need to be able to run an offense and defense. I really think he's best as an assistant.

This has to be the last year of the tank in my opinion.

Just seems like he wasn't ready for the NBA. Our next coach needs to have significant experience. Hunter and Watson never even spent time as assistants, correct?

I wonder if VBK was the previous record holder.
