Bledsoe wants out!

I'd call them unproven at this point, and have no problem saying of them, "Stay away, unless they change agents."carey wrote:I'm not sure I'd call Murray & Simmons meh or bleh.

How much of Simmons have you watched? He's definitely proven to have All-Star level ability to me.Cap wrote:I'd call them unproven at this point, and have no problem saying of them, "Stay away, unless they change agents."carey wrote:I'm not sure I'd call Murray & Simmons meh or bleh.

To be honest, I've not seen a single NBA game he has played. But I don't care if he's Michael Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain, and Bill Russell rolled into one, as long as he's a Klutch klient I don't want anything to do with him.Flagrant Fowl wrote:How much of Simmons have you watched? I see a rumour for brogdon and Henson
I think there were a few Henson fans on here
He basically works as a chandler replacement of sorts
It seems like a ok return but in terms of team fit and balance I actually like it a bit
Now can we get that 2nd rounder we should have gotten in the ish Smith trade all those years ago !

I'd take it in a heartbeat.Danimal wrote:I see a rumour for brogdon and Henson

Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Henson's contract isn't great, but if we get Brogdon, I'll take it.
Re: Bledsoe wants out!
Idk. I'm with McDonough. No money past '19. Booker's extension kicks in then & we need to sign FAs.

So. Would you do Bledsoe and Troy Daniels for Brogdon and Monroe? No picks. Monroe's deal is up next summer, so he is basically an expiring. He is not living up to his contract at all.

How about Bledsoe and Chandler for Brogdon, Monroe, Mirza?
MIL probably says no to that one.

Re: Bledsoe wants out!
Wherever he ends up, he's probably going to demand that max extension and cause problems if he doesn't get it. So unless somebody actually wants to give him that extension, I expect interest to be limited.

This slightly reminds me of when Marion wanted the max extension before his time was up and got upset with Kerr.Cap wrote:Wherever he ends up, he's probably going to demand that max extension and cause problems if he doesn't get it. How is this even a debate? I would do it in a heartbeat.
Re: Bledsoe wants out!
Wish we could find a way to keep Daniels. He's a deadly 3-point shooter, and we need more of that. Can we throw in some other young player instead? Or throw in a future 2nd-rounder instead of Daniels?JCSunsfan wrote:So. Would you do Bledsoe and Troy Daniels for Brogdon and Monroe? No picks. McD's major strength also seems to be signing guys to value contracts (there's 3 players in here and you can probably throw in Warren):specialsauce wrote:Let’s be real here for a second. You may not like how McD has alienated players (Dragic, Morris, Bled) but let’s not act like he hasn’t gotten surprisingly good returns on his trades of these players after everyone had said their trade values had been ruined. I have 100% confidence that McD will maximize the trade value. I don’t have confidence that he’ll then use the assets acquired to form a cohesive unit.

And all 3 of them became toxic. Can he sign somebody to a value contract we don't end up needing to dump?3rdside wrote:McD's major strength also seems to be signing guys to value contracts (there's 3 players in here and you can probably throw in Warren):specialsauce wrote:Let’s be real here for a second. Re: Bledsoe wants out!
Is there a scenario where you wouldn’t want to have dumped them? Just basketball wise, I’m glad we got/are getting rid of those 3
Re: Bledsoe wants out!
Brogdon is just as good a shooter. You can't have too much shooting, but adding Brogdon lessens the blow a bit and Milwaukee needs to replace Brogdon's shooting and would want Daniels over other options.Marty [Mori Chu] wrote:Wish we could find a way to keep Daniels.
