Yeah, I think there's something different about the team compared to a month or so ago. That huge losing streak sans KD, plus some of these bad losses with KD back, have worn on the team. Maybe it's sunk in that they probably aren't a contender.

Of the big 3 I’ve always assumed KD was the most likely to struggle with health and up until recently he’d done pretty good.

Exactly why you trade him, he has value. We aren’t any good and he’s not coming back next year. Get what you can for him.

This. Center position has to be addressed. Idk if theirs is a realistic Nurk trade where we can get upgrade from him. Probably have to use Okogie or Grayson to do that but I’m cool with just getting rid of him for anything. I don’t think we’d be any worse if we ride with Plumlee and Oso until we can trade for a proper starting center. Nurk gotta go

Absolutely. Nurkic is almost always unplayable if you want to win. Oso and Plumlee can take all the C time until a move happens (hopefully), with a few minutes from Durant.

Does not need to be a 1:1 trade for a center. You can use Allen or other pieces for that. Or don't even make a trade, but Nurkic needs to dissappear from our rotation. Really, it's nothing new, sometimes players must be removed; remember the likes of Brandon Knight, Hedo, etc.? This is the same. Total addition by substraction, like Wally_West said.
