Yeah, I think there's something different about the team compared to a month or so ago. That huge losing streak sans KD, plus some of these bad losses with KD back, have worn on the team. Maybe it's sunk in that they probably aren't a contender.

Uh, KD has played 16 games, Book has played 26. KD -has- missed the most games of anybody in our active rotation, unless you count Okogie.

Of the big 3 I’ve always assumed KD was the most likely to struggle with health and up until recently he’d done pretty good.

At what point do we trade Tyus for a pick? Does any contender need a pg? If we don’t get Jimmy, we should absolutely trade him for the best pick we can get.

Exactly why you trade him, he has value. We aren’t any good and he’s not coming back next year. Get what you can for him.

Probably have to use Okogie or Grayson to do that but I’m cool with just getting rid of him for anything. Absolutely. Nurkic is almost always unplayable if you want to win. Oso and Plumlee can take all the C time until a move happens (hopefully), with a few minutes from Durant.

Does not need to be a 1:1 trade for a center. You can use Allen or other pieces for that. Or don't even make a trade, but Nurkic needs to dissappear from our rotation. Really, it's nothing new, sometimes players must be removed; remember the likes of Brandon Knight, Hedo, etc.? This is the same. Total addition by substraction, like Wally_West said.
