I have a hard time saying it is the fans' fault there are so many empty seats. Why keep paying for a product that is one of the worst in the league, and has been for years? And those seats 8-10 rows up you see on TV, are $300 a pop. Over 41 games that is a ton for a pair of tickets to watch your team not show ANY growth from game to game.
OK, the team doesn't deserve devoted fans. Being undeserving of them isn't the same thing as having them.

Devoted and rich is the Ven diagram that isn't lining up. There are still a ton of devoted fans, they just don't get to sit in expensive seats.
