It started at left toe and now it's a right calf, I blame the ugly shoes. Weird.
IT IS MOVING UP THE BODY! It's like a horror movie. Pretty soon his hand is going to be going around and choking people Evil Dead style.
Brace ourselves! Quad injury, groin injury, back injury, rib injury, whiplash, and finally he turns into Ben Simmons.

I do think he'd want to play in Detroit and against Monty.

It’s two completely different injuries
Sorry for being unclear; he seems to be causing other soft tissue injures playing on an injured left leg. First toe, then foot, then ankle, and now he’s harming the right leg due to compensation.
The foot was never an actual injury…it’s the same one as the ankle, they just got clarification on what was actually hurt when they got the MRI.

It’s possible he hurt the calf compensating for the ankle, but it’s also just as likely they were unrelated. He didn’t seem to be having any issues on the ankle in the game to me.
Sure, but it started with a jammed toe from practice and became something else.

And didn’t seem limited, but it’s hard to know. The odds of having a brand new injury unrelated to the ankle Vogel even said was irritated for yesterdays game seems less likely.
I don’t think the toe turned into an ankle injury. You can watch when he hurt the ankle in the GS game.
Probably because he didn't want to land hard on the toe.

He has a brand new calf strain as a result of not playing yesterday? Duane's post makes no sense.

Last week: toe injury
Today: strained calf
Next game: knee soreness
Two games later: hamstring pull
A week from now: strained left nut
Two weeks from now: dong spasms
Month from now: Out for season with fractured taint

It was on a drive to the hoop, not landing.

It’s funny you guys wanted him to sit out with a stubbed toe

Maybe, in retrospect, he shouldn’t have played 35 minutes against the Spurs including the last 16 straight. If only we had some history with him coming back too early and playing too much right away to learn from.

Thompson is fun, I don't understand why they start Stewart, he's just kinda out there. I do not expect much from the Suns today.

I'm concerned about Booker. Having a miss games is just horrible.

I'm trying to stay positive, but it's just hard. :(

Stewart's a really solid all around big, plays with a lot of energy and intensity. Monty really likes him.

Did Vogel give a reason why he's gone with KBD in the starting lineup?

Ok
Well I thought I would get a break from the Sky is Falling energy but once I saw those injury updates.....

I still not gonna overthink the Booker stuff
Unlike against Sixers where there many things not in our favour, today isn't ideal but a disciplined performance should still result in a win

Let's go Fellas !

No excuse for this honestly. That's on the strength and conditioning/performance staff to make sure he's good to go. And Vogel's gotta be smarter with minutes.

I was going to go to the game today but we have a big cutover today and I'm oncall starting in an hour. So I get to watch on TV instead. LP is blacked out so I get to listen on Bally. I hate the Detroit play caller. His voice is so annoying and I'm stuck between wanting to scream or getting put to sleep.

KBD doing a little bit of everything in first few minutes
Later in the game putting him on Cade would be a better matchup

I wish he’d be a bit more decisive on offense, seemed like he had the step to drive and chose to defer to others. But agreed defensively. If nothing else he wasn’t falling for every ball fake from Cade like Grayson.

It always seems like Okogie plays better when he’s the underdog. When he’s the starter and has expectations to produce he seems to be thinking too much when he shoots. He gets taken out of the lineup and seems like he’s playing a bit more freely.

The bad boy logo for Detroit looks pretty terrible, like a logo from a rejected G-league team.
