Goodwin is out today as I reported earlier.

The starting unit with Allen, Yuta and Eubanks first off the bench looked really good. The starters especially will be tough to defend and they're playing fast for easy baskets. We can definitely get away with no PG with the starting unit. Beal is a really tough guard at all 3 levels. He's been forgotten about in Washington but adding him to Book and KD just isn't fair.

As much as the talk was about DA for Nurk, Allen's legit all around and might end up the best piece in the deal. He's essentially a 6th starter unless he actually starts some games. The starters know where to find Yuta and he knows where to be. He's also solid on defense. Eubanks is a nice hustle big who's really active around the basket.

Nurk is a stiff at this point. Poor lateral speed and no lift/verticality but he's there to bang with the bigger centers, so someone like Duren's a bad matchup we'll just have to live with at times. And maybe we'll be able lull teams into attacking him to take the onus off our Big 3 defensively and then trade our 3s for their 2s. We can split the minutes with Eubanks and if nothing else, just outscore the other team because we're going to be that good offensively. While it might be a little thing, he's a much wider body and better screener for our guys which will go a long way.

KBD and EG were last off the bench I believe and no Little yet. I could see KBD being out of the rotation at times if Yuta is playing well. Allen will be a key part of the rotation and Yuta's our best shooter off the bench. EG will get his minutes so unless we need a longer wing, KBD may struggle to get minutes. It's preseason so we saw the bench unit close the half and it was as ugly as you'd expect. We won't see that when the games count, there will be at least one of the Big 3 out there with EG, Okogie, KBD, Yuta, Allen.

Lee looks like he is just going for himself.

DHgate it.... LOL! I feel like the "Suns in 4" guy should be wearing an Allen jersey.

I don't know the Pistons players well enough but if I know Monty... He's going to leave his starters in for an obscene amount of time when a games out of hand or leave in a squad of scrubs who shouldn't ever be on a court together.

Saban Lee has been solid this game. Maybe not saying much cuz it’s the pistons reserves but I’ve liked what I’ve seen.

How is everyone watching the game? Hulu live didn't have it for me so I pulled up streameast.
