Why would Beal accept a trade to the Nets?
He definitely doesn't seem like the type to wanna live in NY.

No one cares about the Nets, so I don't think NY would be the issue.
I think it's more about him wanting to be on a competitive team, which I realize is ironic.

Beal doesn’t give a flying fuck about whether he’s on a competitive team or not

But does he give a land-based fuck?

Beal would play for Shanghai Sharks and be happy.

He says he does, which is the ironic part.

He never said it was competitive basketball though.

I think we can get a better player than Claxton at #10, who doesn’t make $25M. Claxton seems to have regressed lately. Cam has a decent contract, but I’m not doing that deal just to get rid of Beal, unless I get at least some first round pick back.
We're begging to get rid of Beal and yet they're going to give us first rounds picks for him?
They now have 8, 19, 22, 26, and 27. They can spare us one. Ainge would get three or four out of them.
Drugs are a lifestyle
If I’m on drugs then so are these guys.
Reposting those DORKS doesn't help lol

Mark Williams is a good player but also, can we try and target some guys from good/winning orgs? Having the center rotation from the worst team in the league seems less than ideal.

Agreed - it's not exactly worked out well with Richards has it?

Well Richards was fine, because he's a back up, and should be played as so.

Yeah I think Richards is a good back up on a decent salary. No issue with him being on the team but there is an issue when he is asked to be more than that.

And yet would be our best center rotation in a very long time.

Making trades and upgrading the roster are two different things. Let's see what happens but that sounds like Royce and/or Grayson are goners?

I'm not sure what you're saying. The intention would be to upgrade the roster, would it not? Are you just saying they might not be good trades?
