I hate that the Cs went a tough 7 games and the Cavs are rested. It really sucks. Used to happen to us. I think we went double OT against Dallas on a Friday night, then played a 1pm game Sunday against the Spurs who had been off for like 4 days.

All the TV/podcast pundits are saying the Cavs will sweep the Celtics or win in 5. Am I crazy to think it will not be nearly so lopsided? I do think the Cavs win the series, but let's not forget that the first 2 games will be in Boston in front of an extremely loud pro-Celtics crowd. Does everybody really think that the Celtics will lose *both* of the games on their own home floor?

I think this series definitely goes 6-7 games and will be way more chippy and competitive than pundits are giving it credit for.

Time to see if Brad Stevens is all they say he is. Hard to make a plan that limits LBJ.

It's all about matchups. Crowder, Smart, Bradley, Brown can all take turns on LBJ and even Kyrie. Smart could wear Kyrie down a bit, Crowder's a great matchup against LBJ.

This could go 6, but not 7. I would be very surprised if Boston can win 2 in a row, and I don't think they get one in Cleveland. So that means they win one of their home games but end up down 1-3. Even if they win one more, it's not really a close series.

I could see Bradley and Smart causing Kyrie problems, but Crowder is no LBJ stopper, and I don't know of anyone that's a good matchup with Lebron.

I will be very shocked if it makes it to game 6.

I agree that the Cavs are in a different class of teams, but Chicago is an 8th seed playing without their starting pg, while Boston is the #1 seed.

My point is that Chicago won the first 2 in Boston in spite of being the #8 seed.

With what is transpiring out West and now this first half tonight, it is one thing to know who will make the Finals but these blowouts r becoming ridiculous.

Not much posting about Celtics/Cavs tonight. It sure looks inevitable that the Cavs and Warriors are going to rematch, as bajan says. Not much fun to watch either conference final series when it is so lopsided. The NBA and their new CBA jumping by $30m in one year enabled this.

If the Celtics want to be hopeful, they can think about how next game Lebron won't have had 8 days of rest, and how they had better balanced scoring than the Cavs did. I guess.

It does suck to see the Celtics so completely outclassed by the Cavs. The C's really are the 2nd best team in the East, but they are still so far behind the Cavs it is kind of comical.

Having 5 top 5 picks in 5 years PLUS LeBron will do that for you. It is ridiculous the riches that have been poured upon that franchise lately.

Cleveland looks pretty good.

Boston won't be complaining about a lack of respect for a while.
