Pacers are quite good, but this is a winnable game.

Pacers play back to back and are without Oladipo. Why not guys, why not. Because of Cannonball?

Pacers by 22. My friend said it came to her in a dream. I just looked at the standings yesterday. Funny how much worse we are than any other team in the West. That's progress

Here are the standings:

http://www.espn.com/nba/standings

We have a record of 4-15. The next worst Western team, the Jazz (!), has a record of 9-12. That's amazing. The West is so even in general, so stacked with talent; there are a lot of teams within 1-2 games of being .500. But we sunk like a rock to the bottom of the conference.

We are probably the only Western team that has already given up any hope of making the playoffs. Literally all 14 others are still hoping to get there. It is going to be a bloodbath over the next few months.

Two Eastern teams are just as bad as we are: the Hawks (4-16) and the Cavs (4-15). The Bulls aren't far off at 5-16.

Nearly half of the East is .400 or below (7/15). We are the only team in the West below .400. It is crazy.

I rolled my eyes at the contrarian takes about how the East is back, because they have 4-5 teams that are quite good. Yeah, they do, but after that it's almost total garbage. Whoever gets that 8th East playoff spot is going to be a trash team that will get swept. In the West you have about 10-11 teams that are legitimately good and all of which should theoretically be in the playoffs. 2-3 fanbases are going to be upset out West. You have good teams like the Wolves or Pelicans or Spurs that may not get in, which is just silly. Who wants to see the Magic in the playoffs more than these teams?

I wish more good players would migrate East to help fix the balance of power.

I get what you are saying, but keep in mind that the West was like that last year. Maybe the teams are a bit better, but Houston and GS rolled to the finals, only losing once per series. And the two series they didn't play in were 4-0 and 4-2. There wasn't much parity.

Then I’m glad we have an ultru young up and coming team not expecting to win instead of an almost team that has no chance against the All Star GS team. In a few years the Suns should be hitting their stride and GS and Lebron will be ready to start declining. That’s my hope anyway.

Let’s play at our pace and if they ask hooshier friend, tell them it’s not me.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

Gotta keep those puns coming, 'Dack! You've got a nice string going. These guys aren't back home again in Indiana.

Mine, too. It seems like we have been re-building for 10 years, but it has only been 8...

We've been bad for 7 of the last 8 years but I wouldn't say we've been rebuilding the whole time. That Dragic/Bledsoe/Green/Morris/Plumlee team was pretty good.
