The teams have been working to reach an agreement with a third team that would take on Lakers guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope as part of a potentially larger deal, league sources said.

Re: Suns News: Week 8 12/3-12/9
A couple NBA writers are speculating we're floating this trade out early to let other teams know what kind of an offer they need to put together if they want Ariza.
Re: Suns News: Week 8 12/3-12/9
Wrong Los Angeles franchise.
Re: Suns News: Week 8 12/3-12/9
My guess is that we give up Ariza for essentially nothing, like some cruddy player and a future 2nd rounder. He's worth more than nothing, but we essentially have no front office, other than a couple of buffoons who do not know how to run a team. They're good friends with Lebron, and they'll give him a good deal to help out a pal and to help make Ariza happy by sending him to a good team. That's all we'll get.

While I'd be hesitant about adding that first rounder, that's not a terrible deal from our perspective. I'm not sure if it's good enough for Brooklyn though.

Dinwiddie is a good solid basketball player, we need those. I'd trade that Mil pick with little hesitation. Dinwiddie and Bridges will give you 2 guys who can play the wing both ways, would free up Booker, can actually pass the ball fairly well.

Yes I’d move the mil pick for dinwiddie. He’s better than Bledsoe. We’d have to pay him, but that’s fine. We could still create space to sign a 4 in the off-season.

I think the Nets view Dinwiddie as a serious part of their core and their future. I'd be very surprised if they moved him.

I know he doesn’t have a ton of fans on this board, but I’ve always liked DeAngelo Russell.

KCP is the right chip to help us out into a deal.
Faried + Dinwiddie OR Russel would all be ideal for me.
Or
Fred Van Fleet

We need a guy next to Booker than can defend. If we didnt have Booker I'd be kinda interested in Russell, but he's redundant to me.

Interesting. Let's see what LeBron tells our "GM" to do this time.

If we can’t find a third team just take KCP ourselves and demand a first round pick from the Lakers in return!
