He could have had close contact with someone who's been diagnosed with Covid.

Yeah, I thought I had read that Paul, Ayton, and Book all got jabbed at the same time.
If he is vaccinated, then the only reason he can be out is if he tests positive. That's how we knew CP3 had Covid. At least that's how it was last season.

Does anyone have any sources for these claims? I remember reading the suns were among the more antivaxxed teams but then when cp3 had covid, rumors by media were that he was vaxxed. This whole antivaxx thing really irks me, in part because I’m a healthcare worker.
I'm pretty sure that Book got vaccinated with Ayton & CP3 long ago.

Considering all the drama between the players union and whether or not players are vaccinated, I can understand players deferring whether or not they've been vaccinated. But I think I remember that Chris Paul got most of the team together and they got vaccinated together... so I thought most of last year's team was fully vaccinated.
