Game Day: Suns (11-6) @ Raptors (8-10), Wed 11/29/23
Time: 5:30 pm AZ (4:30 pm PT/7:30 pm ET)
Place: Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, ON
TV: AZ Family 3TV/NBALP
The Suns visit Toronto Wednesday evening as they look to with their 8th in a row. Little is known, er, is out as he traveled home for the birth of his child. Hopefully Allen is back from illness and KD has recovered enough to play from his sore foot although I wouldn’t mind if they rest him.

I like the Suns chances to win this game, so you know what that means.

It means they are winning this game.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

I was thinking Stuart.

With or without KD, this definitely feels like a loss.

To the Raptors playing on the 2nd night of a b2b and us with 2 days rest? This should definitely be a win

The Raptors don’t really get wins against serious teams. They beat the Pacers by one, but the Pacers don’t play any defense and the Raptors have the right kind of guys to run with them.
The Suns should be able to out scheme the Raptors for a win, but I think rebounding will again be a big indicator of how the game turns out.

Y’all need to chill.
I wrote this exact same thing under the Knicks game thread and we won, so if we lose, it’s on y’all for jinxing my reverse jinx. Shame on all of you.

You mean like going up 2-0 in the NBA finals and blowing it? The years of heartache as a Suns fan.... I totally understandFlagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Wed Nov 29, 2023 9:49 amIf Wally is like myself, we get nervous when there seems to be a clear advantage for the Suns.![]()

The way we won those 2 games as well had me thinking it was over…it really appeared like the Bucks couldn’t guard us. We had played Brook off the floor and then for the only time in his career Budenholzer made adjustments and…well we know the rest.

And then the NBA put Scott Foster on 2 of the next 4 games.

It because Chris Paul’s injured wrist, that he got from the clippers series, finally gave out and exploded. He literally got wrist surgery a few days after the finals ended. Wasn’t the same player after game 2 in finals. Bucks stopped even guarding his ass as the series went on.

And wasn't it Patrick Beverly that injured his wrist?

I think maybe it was Mann, but I might be misremembering…wouldn’t surprise me if it was Bev
