Just as the "Big 3" came back together, another one goes down. Now Booker is out with his yearly groin strain. Time for Beal to shine, or shut up. The Pistons lost to the the lowly Jazz last time out and were down 48-19 after the first quarter but clawed their way back to only lose by 7. Don't expect a slow start from them this time. Plus, this Suns team can't take ANY team lightly.

Pistons are overall much less pathetic than last year. DYK, Cade Cunningham is averaging 23.9 ppg and 9.6 apg? That is not bad. And I think Tobias Harris is having a sneaky good season after basically being written off in Philly. I'm kind of interested to watch some of their bigs like Duren, Reed, Beef Stew.

But I still think our boys can get a W here. Not having Book is too bad, but KD + Beal + the boys should be enough.

We definitely should win this one, but you just never know with this team. Now would be the perfect time for Beal to step up. He has to increase his trade value for that Butler deal.

Pistons are young, athletic and play hard. Those teams give us problems. Cunningham and Ivey are both problems. We won't be able to contain both. Harris could hit three or four 3s while KD just looks at him. Duren is too athletic for Nurk.

You can downplay those moves all you want but I really believe those moves could do wonders. Got to get rid of pieces clearly not working/buying in. Just for the vibe shift alone, you have to make those moves.
