In retrospect, we should've known something was shady about that deal. 2K definitely knew the LP price drop was coming.

For sure. It was too good to be true. Seeing as the game is $70 on PS5, I'm still getting LP for $80. But I hope I like it as much on a streaming platform as I did on DirecTV. I'd often record a game and then start watching before it was over.

I think Cleveland is going to be real good this year. They were already good and just added an all-star without losing anyone of major significance from their team last year. Their top 4 is 25, 23, 22, and 20 years old. The 3 older ones have already been all-stars and the 20 year old might be their best player soon. All are under team control for at least 3 years and some 6 years. Not sure there is a team in the east with a brighter future.

My dream is for LeBron (Klutch) to start floating out a return to Cleveland next summer while his contract has him tied to the Lakers for 2023-24 and the Cavs don't even pick up the phone in trade discussions.

I'd gladly take that bet. LeBron going back to Cleveland to be closer to Bronny at OSU is much more likely.

There's a pretty good chance Bronny isn't really an NBA player even if he technically gets into the league someday.

I don't think it's possible to get Mike Conley in a reasonable trade just considering salaries, but if he's bought out, he would be such a backup for Paul. I don't know if he'd be fine coming off the bench, but for a chance to play meaningful minutes for a championship contender, he'd be fantastic.

Conley would seem to be a really smart play if we could work that out...wish that was in the rumor list. Also wish we had made a play for Ricky before he resigned w/the Cavs...
