NBA Draft 2020
Re: NBA Draft 2020
right?
Re: NBA Draft 2020
This is interesting:
I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for Nesmith. The complete lack of assists from a wing player is super concerning.

Re: NBA Draft 2020
He makes Kelly look like Steve Nash. We're talking Shabazz Muhammad-level passing here.

I don’t think we’re taking Nesmith.

Re: NBA Draft 2020
Can someone explain the Suns interest in Okoro? Okoro can play D on any guy, he can slash, make quick smart reads. But won’t he wreck our spacing on offense with Ayton? Sure he can get to the line but he stinks. Does he have Kawhi hands?

Think they can fix his shot. He helps fill the void we lost with Oubre. Good defense, athletic. He’s also a sneaky good passer with good vision. Just needs a jumpshot. But lots of guys have failed because they just needed a jumpshotDrewsprocket wrote: ↑Wed Nov 18, 2020 4:20 pmCan someone explain the Suns interest in Okoro? Okoro can play D on any guy, he can slash. If we take Okoro, we have to also keep Okobo.
Re: NBA Draft 2020
I still believe this. He’s really good guys. You’ll love him. Especially when he’s blocking 2 shots a game.
Go Suns!

He helps fill the "athleticism" void that many were griping about.
I'm still not sold on the Suns keeping him, but I'm definitely intrigued by his fit if they do. Saric and Smith as the big guys off the bench looks good on paper.

The same account promoting kelly up until he was traded, though. They don't seem to leak anything that way. (and by the way, the Suns social media team is great)Split T wrote: ↑Wed Nov 18, 2020 7:20 pmSeems like we are. Not a single trade announced since the draft started and we are almost out of the lottery... seems strange after all the action the last 2 days.

Mildly surprised, but the Suns needed a backup center. Baynes, Diallo and Kaminsky will be gone.
Saric can play 4 or smaller ball 5.

Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...
