I thought the next evolution was going to be AI providing medical advice and treatment?
I think the more likely outcome is that AI "augments" or "assists" a lot of currently 100%-human processes. For example, AI will answer the phone to triage phone calls and appointments; AI will help write up reports about patients; AI will maybe ask you questions to help bucket who you should see. But you'll still see a human doctor or nurse at the end of it all.

A bad medical staff can really hurt your team. It hasn't bitten us much since we have such a young core, but I worry all the time about how we ran off all the strong med/training people we used to have and replaced them with WebMD.
Was going to ask about that. We still doing the whole consulting from afar/video conference call they implemented when they fired Aaron Nelson? If so that makes sense why we have so many injuries. If so hopefully the new owner will fire the WebMD company and get live humans who went to school and have professional training experience.

Yeah, I think ChatGPT should be good enough.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

There will probably need to be some new laws and regulations. Some people won't want to be redirected to an AI when they need medical or mental health advice.

I was only kidding when I said that, but honestly it makes some sense. As far as laws created for AI in medical, I do happen to have a friend from High School that may be the highest legal mind about AI in the country, Frank Pasquale, at Brooklyn Law School.
