I basically only want the ability to watch the Cardinals and Suns in Phoenix. I have to spend basically $120/mo to be able to do this and end up signing up for all kinds of crap I don't otherwise watch. I just want the ability to watch the Suns on my phone which requires the Suns live app for local games and YouTube tv for ESPN/NBC. For the cardinals I need YouTube TV for cbs/fox.

So basically for the local Suns channel, ESPN/NBC/ABC/CBS/Fox I need to spend $120/mo. Outrageous. That doesn't even get me the diamondbacks

I used to buy League Pass, but the streaming service sucked and the so many games were blacked out. No nationally televised games, and no local games. Where I live, Dallas, OKC, Memphis, and NOLA were all local blackouts.
Wow! That's a sucky local blackout area! Did you have access to all those local channels? I'm guessing not. At least in San Diego, I had access to the Lakers and Clippers broadcasts with my DTV subscription. Now that I'm in Phoenix, so glad I no longer have to listen to Lakers and Clippers announcers!
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

How hard would it be to use International League Pass over there, using VPN or such?

Because I use it here in Mexico and there are no blackouts on any game, and since I set Phoenix as my favorite Team, most of the times on game day, it shows first row and set me up for Phoenix announcers, even on the road. Now and then I’m forced to TNT feed, but still, I get every game.

To boot, is cheaper than the $110 USD you said, once converted to MXN Pesos, is around $80 USD.
