Also factsAmareIsGod wrote: ↑Wed Nov 12, 2025 9:10 pmWilliams does so many little things. Tipped balls, steals, blocked shots on the interior and exterior. He's been such a great addition.

Good road win but I could have done without the drama at the end.Wally_West wrote: ↑Wed Nov 12, 2025 8:49 pmFell asleep at wheel. Too much time left, need to snap out of it quick.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Glad we held on for this win. Don't look now folks, but we are 7-5 and 7th in the West.

Really good game and a good test for us. Felt like it would be a battle all night because the Mavs just never went away. Even up 20, it never felt like the game was over but also, when it got down to I think 3, I never felt like we were in trouble. Thought the Mavs did a good job crowding us and being physical, especially with Book. 5 TOs, didn't get many clean looks but hit some tough shots. Also don't know what he has to do to get a foul call because he's really getting beaten up in the lane. Took 13FTs but could've easily had more. We battled through it well tho and kept getting open shots to knock down.
Our bench won the game IMO, just brought a different level of athleticism and defense between Goodwin and Dunn. Richards also had 7 boards in just 9 minutes. CG didn't shoot well but had 6 boards and 5 assists. They're all really working well as a unit, knowing what they need to do and also mixing in well with the starters. It's nice to have that kind of depth. Only concern is that Book's playing some heavy minutes and we don't have anyone who can really spell him with Green out.
