Re: 2025 Suns Offeason News
Honestly, I'm optimistic about Jalen Green. Athletic, runs the floor well, his defense has improved since he got to the league, seems like a good teammate. I agree his shot selection could be questionable at times, but even that I see improving over his career. I think this could be the right ...

Re: 2025 Suns Offeason News
I don't think it would be the craziest thing in the world if the Suns got Chris Paul, and because of the friendship with CP3, LeBron tries to force his way here in a deal that involves Beal. Maybe he comes with Bronny and we promise an expanded role? I'm sure it's a dream, but CP3 and LeBron solve a ...

Re: 2025 NBA Offseason News
Crazy about the Lillard waiving. I'm not a cap expert, but couldn't he possibly sign here for the vet min for a year, and then we could resign him next year to a longer term deal? Seems like such a low-risk high-reward kind of move for a team.
Denver is having a really good off season.

He's restricted, but I think I'd see if we could work out a sign and trade with Chicago for Giddey.

Re: 2025 NBA Draft Round 2
Can't wait to hear the media, "What are the Suns doing?!?!?! They already had TWO 2nd rounders and now they've gone and acquired a 3rd? While giving up 2 future seconds that will almost assuredly be used to draft AJ Dybantsa. This organization is the worst. Did you know they've had THREE coaches in ...

Re: 2025 NBA DRAFT NIGHT!
I refuse to accept that drafting Maluach and trading a late first rounder and a probably mid to late first rounder for Williams is a bad move for the Suns. We are a team desperate for size and athleticism. These guys check those boxes. I DO think that as Maluach develops, he can potentially be on ...

Re: 2025 NBA DRAFT NIGHT!
I know it's kinda silly, but between Green, Williams, and Maluach, I'm glad we have some guys who look to stack the rim and try to dunk the ball. We've been missing that for years, and I'm optimistic that we are taking some steps to change the culture a bit.

Re: 2025 NBA Offseason News
We would have absolutely no way to get him, but if Boston is tearing it down, I'd at least ask what they want for Tatum. I'd be willing to wait the year for him to recover.

Re: 2025 Suns Offeason News
I'm not opposed to trading Beal at all, but I do think that we should not buy him out or waive him. At the very least, he's a great scorer to go out there and be the focal point of a second unit, and an easy person to start if someone is injured. Yes, he's frustrating, but he's far from disposable.

Re: Durant traded to Rockets
I think KD's defense is still above average, but only when he puts in the effort. And last season he definitely did not put in the effort.

Re: Durant traded to Rockets
I wish the Suns had looked more to the Clippers as to how to handle this. They didn't want to pay Paul George, but instead of making a bad trade and getting an underwhelming return, they just let him sign somewhere else. Then they used that money to fill out their depth. Sure, we would have had to ...

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem
Rockets refusing add Smith or Reed Shepherd is crazy lol. Is Shepherd even good? He barely played and when he did, he didn’t do much. Crazy to let him get in the way of getting Durant, especially since he still probably won’t play this year either haha. It's not that crazy, id trade Eason before Smi ...

Re: 2025 NBA Draft
Charlotte ultimately. The Suns first traded the rights to a pick swap of their 2026 1st rounder to Washington. Then the Suns traded rights to a 2026 1st round pick swap to Orlando. So that meant that Washington would first have the right to swap picks with Phoenix. Whatever pick Phoenix would have ...

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem
I'm not advocating for the Minnesota trade, but I've honestly always been surprised why Gobert was not involved more offensively in the NBA. If you watch the French team, especially prior to Wemby's arrival, Gobert is much more aggressive offensively and he's not bad. And it's not like the French ...

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem
I like the Raptors offer. I think I'd take RJ over Quickley. I think if you can get Beal to embrace a pass-first PG role, that could work? I also like the T-Wolves offer. I tell the Spurs and Rockets that if you're not at the table with either the #2 (or Castle) or our picks, respectively, we don't ...
